The pool was a highlight for my family, especially the kids who loved splashing around. The breakfast spread was great with plenty of choices, ensuring everyone found something they liked. The location is also convenient for visiting attractions in the area, making it an ideal spot.

In my wife’s opinion, a bit more attention could go to updating the rooms, particularly with young kids. A more comfortable seating area in the room would be nice for families.

It was just a decent option for a weekend outing in Palm Desert, great for the money. The hotel was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Be aware that the rooms are getting smaller with less seating available.

Had a nice stay at this place! The newly redone rooms were super comfy, perfect for catching some Z's. The staff was really friendly and helpful, which made everything better. The breakfast was decent too, those cinnamon rolls were a hit! Just a bummer that the aircon was kinda noisy, made the TV volume go up real high sometimes.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, outdoor pool, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with my luggage, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it and will return for my business trip!

The hotel is perfectly positioned just a short walk from the City of Palm Desert Civic Center Park and a few steps away from Elan Vital Galleries, making it a breeze to enjoy the local scenery and art during my stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids loved the large pool area after our daily adventures to local attractions. There’s also a lovely breakfast bar that had excellent choices, making mornings easy with our teen children. Plus, we found plenty of restaurants nearby!

In my wife’s opinion, the check-in process was a bit disorganized. The bathroom could use some updates and the furniture was somewhat dated. It would be great if the hotel had an area for teens to hang out safely.
